Real Estate Services Credit Union Benefits
Increasing Membership - The individual must be a Member of your Credit Union to take advantage of this Program. If the individual is not a Credit Union Member, we attempt to make them a Member of your Credit Union based on your charter and field of membership
eligibility requirements. Once a Member, we can “Enroll” them into the Program.
Retaining Loan Applications - Once the Member has been referred to the Real Estate Services Program, the dedicated Member Advocate establishes a relationship and builds rapport with that Member referral. The Credit Union Certified real estate agents encourage
the Member to obtain all necessary financing through their Credit Union. Through the efforts of the program participants, there is less chance of the Member being directed elsewhere for their home loan.
Increasing Mortgage Applications - As Members begin to think about their real estate needs and desires, they will be attracted to their Credit Union’s Real Estate Services Program often prior to inquiring about their home loan options. By calling or enrolling directly, the Real Estate Services team will immediately pass the information back to your Credit Union to ensure that a Loan Representative can begin the loan application process.
