SMS University
SMS University will be introduced in late 2006 with its primary roll out in the first quarter of 2007. SMS University will deliver hands-on, results-driven curriculum. These educational offerings will not be about theory or be motivational in nature. Instead they will provide a nuts-and-bolts approach to helping credit unions find lending opportunities, manage their operation and teach their front-line staff how to solve members’ problems. Although prices and product will always be important, it is the people that make the difference and ultimately help a credit union be the most competitive.
