Your members’ loans reside in a single system from origination through closing.

Paperless Processing - Prime Alliance’s RLC and LFC far exceed the capabilities of internet applications and traditional loan origination systems. Members apply, members get approved. Your lending staff then builds an electronic file leveraging our extensive integration with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, settlement service providers and electronic document producers. Everything needed to close a loan is ordered electronically from the electronic loan file, and returned directly to the file. Loan data is checked, loan data is verified.
