With our Retail Lending Center (RLC), we were the first to reduce the mortgage application to its essentials, making it possible for members to apply in the comfort of their homes. Loan officers, too, enjoy the simplicity. Completing an application is so straight-forward that credit unions across the country have it in use at their branches, in their call centers, with Realtors, mortgage brokers and builders. The RLC also includes a Loan Officer Workbench and Site Administration Tool. Loan Officer Workbench provides a pipeline view of your credit union’s mortgage activity. Pipeline views can be created based on your credit union’s workflow. Views can be assigned by loan officer, loan processor and/or processing team. Team members may also create their own custom views to match the way they work.
