Choices - "Customer Friendly"
Each credit union enjoys a dedicated account management team that is responsible for providing you with operational as well as strategic level support. Our Account Management teams include three levels of contact:
Customer Care Manager (CCM) – The CCM’s primary responsibility is to provide day-to-day operational support. All credit unions have a dedicated Customer Care Manager with a low CCM to credit union ratio.
Regional Account Executive (AE) – The AE’s primary responsibility is to work with your and your staff to design a plan to expand mortgage lending opportunities. By listening to your credit union’s specific goals and objectives, the AE will work with your credit union to develop a strategic plan to help you exceed your mortgage goals.
Executive Team Member – A senior executive of Prime Alliance is assigned to each credit union relationship and has overall responsibility ensuring the relationship focuses on strategic credit union and mortgage related issues that bests positions your credit union to achieve its mortgage goals and objectives.
