Prime Alliance introduced Prime Alliance’s Service Discount Program during its 2008 Symposium. Designed to lower costs on flood services and closing documents, we consider the program successful. At the same time, we knew we could do better.

That’s why, effective March 1, we’re introducing a new services discount program. The premise is quite simple: the more Prime Alliance Services your credit union uses, the lower your Prime Alliance transaction fee becomes. Unlike the present services discount that reduces service fees, the new program reduces your Prime Alliance cost, providing the benefit directly to your credit union. The savings are remarkable. The services are the best in the industry: competitively priced and integrated with PA's technology to keep your operations efficient.

Eligible Services and Discounts

If your credit union uses Prime Valuation Services, Flood Services from CBC or Kroll Factual Data and Closing Documents from ODI or Digital Documents for 37.5% of your monthly transactions, your PA transaction fee decreases by 5%. Use one service, the discount is 1%, use two, it's 3%.

For even greater savings, use Prime Alliance Title, a unique collaboration between Pentagon Federal Credit Union and Prime Alliance Solutions, Inc. Use PA Title for 10% of your monthly transactions and we'll reduce your Prime Alliance transaction fee by 30%. Increase your use to 20% of transactions and we'll reduce your transaction fee by 50%.
