Through the RLC, your members submit their own mortgage and receive a loan decision using Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter® and/or Freddie Mac's Loan Prospector®. They’ll also view and print their three-day disclosures, as well as lock their own loan rate and monitor the processing and status of the loan. Keep in mind that loan officers can also use the same interface with members who would like more guidance through the process.
