1. Credit.
CBC Innovis and Kroll Factual Data are Prime Alliance’s credit partners. Offering single and tri-merged reports along with fraud detection tools, these integrated providers offer the most comprehensive credit reports available today.

2. Disclosures and Closing Documents. 
Mortgage lending is traditionally a paper-based, paper-bound process. Prime Alliance took the first step towards paperless lending in 2003 by electronically creating and delivering three-day disclosure packages. We took the next step in 2005 with the Loan Fulfillment Center and electronic closing documents. Today you deliver both disclosures and closing documents to your members in minutes, rather than in days. An added benefit of electronic closing documents is members receive them well before closing, giving them a chance to read, understand and become comfortable with them before signing. Your credit union benefits too, through reduced staff time, elimination of paper, postage, courier and storage expenses.

3. Flood.
Flood is flood, right? Not so with CBC Innovis and Kroll Factual Data. Prime Alliance’s integration with its two flood partners means flood certificates are returned directly to Prime Alliance’s Electronic File Cabinet. At the same time, flood data from the reports populates the HMDA screen, which eliminates the need for re-keying data. CBC Innovis, additionally provides half off on subsequent orders and home equity loans.

4. Mortgage Insurance.
Whether you use one, two, three or four different MI Companies, Prime Alliance Solutions has you covered. Our platform integrates with the major Mortgage Insurers: CMG, MGIC, Genworth, UGIC, and Radian. Ordering MI through the platform saves your staff time and effort.

7. Title/Escrow.
Title services are traditionally county-based, which makes lending easy in your community, yet more difficult as your credit union expands its base. 8. Fee Intergration.
Accurate Transfer Tax and Recording Fees must be declared on the new Good Faith Estimate, introduced January 1, 2010 and required by the new RESPA regulations. Transfer Tax Fees and Recording Fees are determined at the county, city and local jurisdiction level and are based on specific loan data, so generating an accurate amount can be difficult. While it is perfectly acceptable for the final cost of those fees to go down compared to the original GFE, these fees may not increase, according to the regulation. They must be completely accurate.

To address this new requirement, Prime Alliance Solutions has integrated Ernst Publishing’s fee database. Using Ernst, Transfer Tax and Recording Fees are accurate, regardless of property location. This new service delivers guaranteed fee quotes in real-time and places them properly on the Good Faith Estimate. This new service will allow you to request fee quotes for:
