Joseph Brancucci, Executive Vice President of BECU, CEO and Chairman of Prime Alliance Solutions, Inc.
Joe has been in lending since 1971, holding senior management positions at savings banks, a national bank, Freddie Mac and a small community credit union. Named President and CEO of GTE FCU in early June, 2010,  he joined BECU in 1995 and formed Prime Alliance in 2001. He has served as chair of the CUNA Council Forum, on the board of CU Direct since 2004 and Balance since 2007. He is on the board of Impact Capital and Chair of the Funds Development Committee. He serves on the National Housing Advisory Council. He was the Chair of the CUNA Lending Council from 2003-2006 and Chair of the Fannie Mae Credit Union Advisory Council from 2002 thru 2007. Joe was the recipient of the NACUSO Executive of the Year Award for 2003 for his work with Prime Alliance Solutions Inc. Prime Alliance Solutions Inc. was the 2005 recipient of Mortgage Banking Magazine's Synergy Award and the 2004 NACUSO CUSO of the Year Award. Joe has a BA in Economics and English from Hofstra University, and he has completed Stanford University’s Executive Development Program. Joe participates as a panelist and lecturer at various credit union education forums and conferences.

Gary Fee, President & COO, Prime Alliance Solutions Inc.
Mr. Fee joined Prime Alliance in 2009, bringing 25 years experience in all facets of lending, with special emphasis on retail, wholesale and correspondent mortgage lending. Involved in a variety of industry groups, he currently serves as a director for Washington Mortgage Lenders Association.

Dan Green, Executive Vice President, Strategy
Mr. Green joined Prime Alliance Solutions, Inc., a mortgage technology and solutions company created by credit unions in 2002 following an eight year career with CUNA Mutual Mortgage. In his capacity of Executive Vice President of CUNA Mortgage he was responsible for origination, servicing, lending technologies, process reengineering and education. Prior to this he worked for CUNA & Affiliates, CUNA Mutual Group, the Missouri Credit Union League, CenCorp and Vantage Credit Union of St. Louis. He is a sought after expert in credit union mortgage lending, teaches at numerous schools and is a frequent presenter at industry forums. He has over 20 years of credit union mortgage experience. Green holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Finance and Accounting from Michigan Technological University. He has also completed coursework in the Mortgage Bankers Association of America's School of Mortgage Banking.

Nizar Hashlamon, Vice President, CU Lending Solutions
Mr. Hashlamon has more than 15 years of experience within the credit union industry with extensive knowledge in mortgage loan productions, servicing and secondary marketing. Prior to joining Prime Alliance he managed the secondary marketing department of one of the largest credit unions in the country. Mr. Hashlamon has extensive experience with credit unions mortgage lending; he served for several years on the Fannie Mae Credit Union Advisory Council and on the Charlie Mac Advisory Board. He also has been an active member of CUNA Lending Council, the Washington DC area Credit Union Lending Roundtable, the Metropolitan Area Credit Union Management Association (MACUMA), and the Potomac Credit Union Real Estate Network (CUREN).

Tracy Jean Ashfield, Executive Vice President, Strategic Mortgage Solutions
In 2001 Strategic Mortgage Solutions was founded to help credit unions with mortgage lending strategy, development, policies, product design, training and strategic planning. Recently she merged the consulting firm into Prime Alliance Solutions Inc.

In addition to working with credit unions and CUSOs, Tracy works with the NCUA and NASCUS to provide training and education in the area of residential mortgage lending. Tracy has helped the largest mortgage granting credit unions enhance their programs while helping those new to mortgage lending develop business strategies that have propelled them into efficient, profitable real estate lenders.

In late 2006 Tracy introduced SMS University: The Learning Institution for Credit Union Lenders. SMSU delivers hands-on, results-driven curriculum that helps credit unions find lending opportunities, manage their operations and develop strategies to be their members’ trusted advisor for real estate lending products and services.

Tracy has more than 25 years of experience in Mortgage Banking management. Before forming SMS she held a variety of management positions with CUNA Mutual Group. In addition to being the Senior Executive, Mortgage Development, she was the Senior Vice President of Operations of CUNA Mortgage Corporation, responsible for retail and wholesale production, more than 20 branches, and their National Training Department. Tracy also worked with CMG Mortgage Insurance Company committed to helping credit unions develop low down payment and affordable housing programs for their members.

Tracy is the co-author of Credit Union Mortgage Strategies: The Best Never Rest and numerous other periodicals on credit union lending strategies.

Tracy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance and Sociology from the University of New Hampshire. She is a Graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking, Washington, DC. Tracy is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and various credit union organizations.
    
Mark Jones, Vice President, Operations
Mr. Jones started the organization off in 2000 with the challenge of adapting a lender specific solution to meet the needs of the credit union industry. Many successful installations later, he transitioned to the VP of Customer Care role in 2003 where he spearheaded efforts to get all users of our technology onto a single, upgradeable platform, to ensure all clients would have similar success in leveraging the newest enhancements. In 2005, Mark took on the next challenge of bridging the gap between origination and loan servicing by starting deliveries of the Loan Fulfillment Center (LFC) platform. Once again, taking one lender’s vision and distributing it to those in search of a 'better way'. Today Mark can be found anywhere from handling new implementations to providing consulting services to ensure that best practices and maximum efficiencies are not just lip service.
    
Prior to starting Prime Alliance, Mark specialized in secondary marketing and loan servicing activities at BECU where he assisted in creating the mortgage department in 1995. Mark has a BA in Finance from Central Washington University.
    
Kerry Oldenburg, Director, Product Development
Ms. Oldenburg's professional Mortgage Banking and Technology Solutions career spans 30 years, the last 14 in the Credit Union Industry. She joined Prime Alliance in 2001 as Director of Product Development, later becoming its Vice President for Product Development. Ms. Oldenburg was instrumental in conceptualizing and guiding the development of the Company's leading edge technology solutions. Prior to joining Prime Alliance, Ms. Oldenburg served BECU as the first and founding Director of Mortgage Lending and later as the Program Manager of Lending Technologies. In addition to her extensive experience, Oldenburg is a certified Project Manager and a graduate of the MBA's School of Mortgage Banking. Her mortgage banking background includes Senior Management positions in construction lending, land development, commercial lending, residential and home equity lending, underwriting, secondary marketing, servicing, and wholesale/correspondent lending.
    
Daedre Bame, Senior Customer Care Manager
Daedre joined Prime Alliance in December of 2007, coming from Harland Financial Solutions, a mortgage software company, where she worked for nearly 15 years. While managing the support organization, her team won the Mortgage Technology Helpdesk award in 2002. Daedre has extensive background in providing direct support for a large customer base, as well as training customers on mortgage related software products.
   
L. Anne Keller, Senior Training Manager
Ms. Keller has more than 15 years of diverse mortgage industry experience that includes her own underwriting education firm, underwriting management and consultative sales services. She has contracted with Fannie Mae to write and facilitate Desktop Underwriting training programs and manage the testing of a new automated underwriting workflow process. Anne has developed and facilitated dozens of learning programs for audiences as varied as Central Asian undergraduate business students to microfinance lenders to real estate and mortgage industry professionals. She understands process reengineering challenges, can resolve competing constituent interests, builds consensus and accomplishes goals. She has a Master’s degree from the University of Washington in Seattle and a Bachelor’s degree from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Anne joined Prime Alliance in April 2009 and brings a lifetime commitment to credit union membership to her work.
    
Kim Ring, Implementation Manager
Ms. Ring started her career in the financial services industry in 1980, with the majority of those years serving the credit union segment in a wide variety of roles. She joined Prime Alliance in 2002, where her experience in project management and credit union operations ideally suits her to the task of leading multiple implementation projects. Ms. Ring has enjoyed working with dozens of lenders around the country successfully implementing Prime Alliance technology and mortgage solutions.
    
Aaron Nelson, Product Development Manager
Mr. Nelson joined Prime Alliance in February of 2005 after working in BECU's Home Loan department for nine years. His roles at BECU included: Loan Officer, Lead Loan Officer, Call Center Supervisor, and Production Manager. He came to BECU with five years experience as a Mortgage Broker. While Nelson managed the BECU home loan area, the department was the top “Low Cost” mortgage provider in the nation for three years as recognized by Fannie Mae's Mortgage Focus Study. As the first client of Prime Alliance, Mr. Nelson has seen the platform evolve and knows how to get the most from it. He was in charge of the pilot program for Prime Alliance’s LOS system, the Loan Fulfillment Center (LFC), and is now in charge of adding new functionality into our entire product line. Aaron has a BA in Finance and Economics from Western Washington University and an Associate Arts degree from Green River Community College.
    
John Hernandez, West Coast Regional Account Executive
Mr. Hernandez joined Prime Alliance in November of 2006, recently coming from America First Credit Union where he worked for 11 years. As America First was one of the first adopters of the Prime Alliance platform, Mr. Hernandez has much experience from the front line usage of the platform to the administration of the platform to the implementation of best practices and training for staff. Mr. Hernandez holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Brigham Young University. With over 13 years' experience in the mortgage and credit union worlds, Mr. Hernandez can see the importance of the members’ experience in the home ownership commitment that credit unions share.
    
Sean Habron, East Coast Regional Account Executive
Sean Habron is the Eastern Region Account Executive. He is responsible for working with Prime Alliance credit unions as well as developing new partnerships in the Eastern Region.
    
A credit union member since birth, Sean knows the value of credit union membership. “Without question, my credit union is my primary financial institution!”
    
Sean began his career with credit unions in 1993 when he accepted a position in the mortgage department at Navy Federal Credit Union in Vienna, Virginia. Many of you might remember Sean from his most recent position where he worked with credit unions across the country as a member of Fannie Mae's Credit Union Strategy Team.
    
Sean, along with his wife Joann and his three sons, Ryan, Alex and Carter, reside in the suburbs of Washington, DC.
    
Tonya Coon, Midwest Regional Account Executive
Tonya Coon joined the Prime Alliance family in March of 2008 as the Midwest Regional Account Executive. Tonya has worked in the credit union industry for the past 10 years. She recently comes from CU Members Mortgage where she was a Regional Account Manager servicing credit unions and assisting them in offering mortgage loans to their members. Prior to this, Tonya held a nine-year career at MidWest Financial Credit Union. Starting as a Member Service Representative and moving up to the VP of Lending, Tonya spent a majority of her time implementing and developing a successful mortgage department for the credit union. As a previous Prime Alliance platform user and administrator herself, Tonya has firsthand experience as to how the functionality of the different platforms and the services the Alliance offers can assist in streamlining a credit union’s mortgage operation, providing a more competitive advantage while enhancing the overall member experience.
    
Annie Meehan, Customer Care Manager
Ms. Meehan comes to us from Prime Alliance Real Estate Services where she has been a Member Advocate since 2005. Her primary focus was creating an exceptional experience for credit union members through their home buying process. She brings a wealth of customer service experience, skill and real estate knowledge to her new role as Customer Care Manager.
    
Lisa LaBerge, Customer Care Manager
Lisa joined Prime Alliance in April 2008 from Harland Financial Solutions, where she worked for over 11 years as a Senior Software Support Analyst, supporting a large customer base through all steps in the mortgage lending process, including numerous third-party interface services. Lisa brings with her a true desire to provide exceptional customer care and was a member of the team awarded the Mortgage Technology Helpdesk award in 2002.
    
Angela Harley, Customer Care Manager
Angela joined Prime Alliance Solutions as a Customer Care Manager in May of 2008. She comes to us from Prime Alliance Real Estate Services, where in her position as Partner Support Manager, she worked with credit unions nationwide, facilitating training and ongoing support to strengthen existing, as well as new, client relationships. Before her role with PARES, she worked with BECU for five years as a Mortgage Certified Solutions Consultant. Angela brings to the team her exceptional customer service skills as well as many years' experience in real estate and mortgage lending.
    
Alan Bruckner, Marketing Manager
Mr. Bruckner joined Prime Alliance in October of 2007, after working in BECU's Marketing department as Creative Services Manager. He brings with him years of award-winning design expertise for both print and web development. His facility with creative strategies, marketing communication and IT background make him a valued asset and resource for Prime Alliance and Prime Alliance partners.
