Our mortgage volume combined with Pentagon Federal’s, results in formidable buying power, which means lower costs for you and for your members.
Title Insurance and Settlement Fees
Because it is an insurance product, title insurance rates are highly regulated and filed with each State Insurance Commission. Though we can’t discount title insurance for this reason, we can establish negotiated settlement costs, which often times are inflated, adding unnecessary member expense. With Prime Alliance Title, LLC, members everywhere pay the same low cost.
Ordering is Easy
Placing a Prime Alliance Title order is easy using Prime Alliance’s Loan Officer Workbench. Simply add PA Title to the drop-down box on the services order screen, complete the form and submit the order. The title order will be fulfilled and become part of the electronic loan file PA has helped its customers create since 2003.
