| Prime Alliance Elects New Board Members |

During its 2009 Annual meeting, held May 12, Prime Alliance elected two new directors, Kirk Kordeleski, CEO of BethPage FCU, Bethpage, New York, and Zigmund (Ziggy) Kryszak, Senior Vice President of Organizational Development of GTE FCU, Tampa, Florida. Mr. Kordeleski will serve a three-year term, Dr. Kryszak will serve a two-year term. Re-elected to three-year terms were Gary Oakland, Secretary, President and CEO, BECU, Jane Wood, EVP/COO, Wescom CU, and Robert Falk, President and CEO, Purdue Employees' Federal Credit Union. "Prime Alliance is fortunate that such a diverse group of strategic, forward-thinking individuals serve on its Board," said Joe Brancucci, CEO and Chair. "Its members represent our industry's best thinking on leadership, lending, finance, technology and organizational development. There isn't a better group to help our Company chart its course for the coming decade," he concluded.
